Payment: 25% of the total contract value is paid as a cash deposit; the remaining 75% is due by the fair opening date in 3 instalments by sequential cheques or credit card. Company options are valid for 1 week. Electricity above 10 kW is charged according to the IFM tariff. Special stands over 3.50 m in height are subject to additional calculation for occupational health and safety requirements. Mandatory third-party liability insurance is 18 per thousand of the total amount; VAT is 20%; contract stamp duty is 1.89 per thousand of the total excluding VAT.
